During your personal yoga session, we will create a tailored flow to address your issues and develop breathing and specific poses that can be used at home, work or away.
Personal Session Description: Sessions include an initial detailed assessment of your stretching needs, assisted yoga pose series and a 10 min guided meditation at the end of the session with hot towels and scalp massage. No experience with yoga needed. All supplies provided. Please wear comfy clothes that you can stretch in such as yoga pants, sweatpants, tank tops or fitted tee shirts.
